For the past three years, my wife and I have been taking an extended vacation for a month. We spent the first month in Savannah, GA and the past two trips have been to North Myrtle Beach SC. The thing with going away for a month is getting all your stuff to take without over-cramming the car. We know there are certain things we will need and certain things we will want while gone. It can be quite an ordeal to figure it all out and get everything packed.
Been there, done that. Last winter we spent January in a southeastern Georgia shipping village. It was a very nice condo, but I don't like packing all the stuff back and forth. Honestly, a month was too long for me because I didn't have some of the pastimes that I have at home. Was thinking about flying to Padre Island, TX this year, but was so expensive, we will be driving. So, we will be dealing with "stuff" again. Guess this really is a first world problem. BTW, I will be on Substack beginning tomorrow.
